Welcome from SIMS Principal

We are excited about the 2025-26 school year and want to welcome our students who are returning, as well as those who will be joining our student body for the first time this year. Our school is a positive place which allows students a chance to grow both academically and socially. The SIMS administration, faculty, and staff are honored to serve all of our students and parents. 26-27 New Student Registration

Registration is now open for students new to the Columbia County School District for the 2026-2027 school year. This includes rising Kindergarteners. Existing students returning next year can begin the required online registration beginning June 15, 2026. All students are required to complete the annual online registration before the first day of school on Monday, August 4, 2025.

The SIMS Main Office will be open May 26 - June 3 from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm (Monday - Thursday). We will be closed June 4 - July 17. Have a great summer!
